Joel Wallach, BS, DVM, ND, Founder of YoungevityJoel D. Gerhard Schrauzer, PhD, MS, FACN, CNSDr. Schrauzer is internationally respected for his groundbreaking research on the biomedical aspects of vitamins and essential trace elements, notably selenium, and on his cancer prevention research. He is a Professor Emeritus at the University of California, San Diego, where he served on the faculty from 1966 until his retirement in 1994. James Sensenig, NDDr. Sensenig is a cum laude graduate of the prestigious National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. He is the founding President of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians where he chaired the Government Affairs Committee for ten years. Dr. Sensenig is on the faculties of the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and the Southwestern College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. He serves as an Institutional Site Visitor for the Council of Naturopathic Medical Education, is the Chairman of the Naturopathic Advisory Board for Oxford Heath Plans, and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. |
Richard RentonMr. Renton oversees all quality control issues for Youngevity products. He graduated from Portland State University (PSU) majoring in Sports Medicine, Health, Physical Education and Chemistry. He has served as an Associate Professor at PSU in Health and First Aid. Mr. Renton is a board certified Athletic Trainer with the National Athletic Trainers Association and was an Assistant Athletic Trainer for PSU, the Portland Timbers Soccer team and the Portland Storm Football team. He is also a board member for AL International, Inc. |

Sanjeev JaviaSanjeev has multiple roles at Youngevity stemming from product development and formulation to working to building out the marketing strategy in their international markets. He has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bio Psychology degree from the University of Michigan. Formulating nutrition products for over 15 years, he’s developed entire lines of supplement products from sports performance to various disease management states. His specialty and research emphasis focuses on nutrition and exercise interventions in diabetes/obesity, auto-immune diseases, neurological issues, and post chemotherapy recovery. His client list includes some of the top professional athletes in the world, SuperBowl MVP’s, Stanley Cup Champions, World Series Hall of Famers, and Olympic Medalist. Stan Frager, PhDDr. Frager received his doctorate from UCLA and is currently an associate professor with the University of Louisville. Dr. Frager is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Association of Ethical Hypnosis, the Kentucky Psychological Association and the American Association for Counseling and Guidance. He is certified by the American Association of Behavioral Therapists and is licensed as a psychologist as well as a family, marriage and child therapist. He is a fellow and diplomat of the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists and a member of the American Society for Training and Development. Dr. Frager’s use of hypnosis and behavioral psychology to help athletes has been featured in Sports Illustrated, TV Guide, Sports Now, Basketball Times and newspapers across the United States. |

Ma Lan, MD, MSDr. Lan received her medical degree from Beijing Medical University and her Master’s degree in Transplant Immunology from Zhon-Shan Medical University. She also has extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Lan has served as an exchange scholar at Harvard School of Medicine, a research Fellow in Laser Microsurgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital (Houston) and as a practicing staff member at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Department of Orthopedic Microsurgery. Her research on transplant immunology and microsurgery resulted in ten papers published in peer-reviewed journals. She is the co-author, along with Dr. Joel Wallach, of Hell’s Kitchen: Cause, Prevention & Cure of Obesity, Diabetes & Metabolic Syndrome and Black Gene Lies: Slave Quarter Cures. |
Joanne Conaway, BSN, RN, NDDr. Conaway is an internationally acclaimed speaker with more than 40 years’ experience in healthcare first as a nurse in the mainstream medical world and more recently as a Naturopath. Her medical experience includes Trauma, Operating Room, Critical Care and Nutritional Support. For twenty years she was a member of the United States Air Force, serving primarily as an Aeromedical Evacuation Nurse and in-flight Medical Crew Director. These skills proved invaluable when she was deployed in support of “Operation Just Cause” (Panama) and the first “Operation Desert Storm”. Currently she has an independent consulting practice and hosts the Tuesday night Youngevity 90 For Life Forum Call. She is Co-Founder and Director of the Nutritional Support Alliance, a non-profit company dedicated to providing nutritional support to eligible at-risk individuals who otherwise cannot afford it. |

Melinda Silva, MDDr. Silva is a California-based integrative and functional medicine specialist. She is a graduate of the University of California, where she completed her Doctorate in Medicine in 1993. She went on to fulfill her Internship and Residency in Family Medicine at Long Beach Memorial in 1997. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine (A4M). As a family doctor, Dr. Silva personally witnessed the declining quality of health in women and men over the age of 35. Her concerns grew upon learning that many of her adult patients were seeking help from specialists who prescribed risky medications and recommended surgeries for conditions that could have been prevented through better nutrition, exercise and hormonal balance related to aging. Today, Dr. Silva works closely with her patients to address the many health challenges associated with aging and often attributed to perimenopause, menopause and andropause (the male menopause). Daniel Hardt, NDDr. Hardt received his degree in Naturopathic Medicine in 1976 and has been a practicing ND in Eugene, Oregon since 1977. He serves on the faculties of the American College of Naturopathic Medicine in Salem, Oregon and the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (considered the finest naturopathic college in the nation) in Portland, Oregon. David MellorDavid Mellor is a national, award-winning high school Agricultural Science Teacher who was recently selected and trained to be a National Food Science Teacher Trainer for the FDA. David attended Michigan State University’s College of Agriculture and earned degrees in Agriculture and Natural Resources and Applied Sciences. He has taught high school career and technical education classes in plant science, pre-vet animal science, biology, chemistry and earth/environmental sciences for 24 years. His students have won state and national awards in Plant & Animal Research using trace minerals and were also awarded a grant by the USDA to conduct service learning projects in growing fresh produce for “food insecure families” using trace minerals. In 2010, the Michigan Association of School Boards awarded him the Educational Excellence Award “Michigan’s Best” High School Science Program. In 2012, David was awarded the National Future Farmers of America’s highest honor: “The Honorary American FFA Degree.” |
